Kindergarten thru Junior High School

Elementary

A quality elementary school education, both spiritually and academically, is lasting and eternally important.

During elementary school, children develop in remarkable ways. FBCS teachers continue the spiritual, emotional, social, physical, and mental development of the child within the biblical framework. Christian character is taught in a natural, clear way. Children are taught the mental discipline that is essential in quality education. They are taught how to think, and encouraged to work hard at all of their tasks. Behavioral discipline is included.

Throughout these years, the elementary child is encouraged to receive Jesus Christ as his personal Savior. Most children come to Christ during their elementary years, because of their genuine openness to Him. FBCS teachers know how to lead them to Christ when God is at work in their hearts. These are not forced decisions, but are natural.

Junior High

Junior high school at the Christian school can be vital in the life of the junior high student.

Junior high school years have no equal. They are unique as the girls and boys develop from children into adolescents. Their physical changes make it an interesting, but sometimes difficult period of life. Parents and teachers need insight, understanding and lots of patience. God has gifted FBCS Junior high teachers to work well with these young people, both spiritually and educationally.

This is the stage of life when many young people begin to turn away from God. The world and its ways begin to exert magnetic influences and these youngsters need to be guided and bolstered by strong parents and teachers. At this age a girl or boy begins to show a sense of direction in his or her life either toward God or away from God. Moral decisions, big ones, come to these young people. Some of these decisions are so big that even one can influence life dramatically.

Enrollment Procedure

  1. Complete Parent Application and Records Release Form
  2. Submit Application with $15 Application Fee to school office
  3. Upon approval, a school administrator will contact you for an interview.
  4. Begin enrollment process.
